There were 50 people in line when we got there at 10:30, but we hit the express lane (minimum 5 lbs of meat order) when they opened up and were at the table eating before 11:10. That is the only way to do it in my opinion. Even if I go by myself, I will hit the express lane next time and just take a bunch home. It makes excellent leftovers.
