The Wiffy and I did the 45 minute trek South to Rudy's today and we were glad we went. I ordered a bunch of various meats, knowing that we would bring the leftovers home and they would not go to waste.
Pork Ribs - fall off the bone tender and tasty
Brisket - very tasty, tender and will make great sammiches this 'ennin'
Cole Slaw - fantastic
Beans - decent
Tater Salad - decent
Jalapeno Sausage - hot but good
Smoked Sausage - decent
BBQ Sauce - better than nothing
Slightly off subject but I tried Shiner's Oktoberfest Beer and altho I'm a huge Shiner Bock fan - - - they missed it with this brew and I did not like it
