Doctors mean BBQ

Postby OldUsedParts » Mon Apr 03, 2017 5:42 pm

Well, at least at trip to my Glaucoma Doc did give us a real good excuse to leave early and swing by Rudy's BBQ in Spring. I really like to eat here when possible but it's a little far to make it every week so when we can "we do". We got Pork Ribs, Brisket, Jalapeno Sausage, Cole Slaw, Tater Salad, Beans and Peach Cobbler plus a Shiner Bock and Diet D.P. Everything was good as expected, especially the brisket - - - they really laid the Pin Oak Smoke to everything this trip and the little portion of brisket that we brought home is gonna be Soft Tacos and Supper. :salut:  I had planned on taking more pics and better pics but my battery laid down after 4.

Nice looking meal. There ain't nothin' wrong with Rudy's. About the only chain BBQ I'll eat. Love their breakfast tacos.

Hope you got a good report from the Doc!
