Hutchins BBQ is the closest thing to my own backyard BBQ. As far as chain I would say Rudy’s but it is going past 10 years since last visit.

You Betcha, however, with this ^&#%$*$@$ "A-Fib" that just moved in, it will have to be Non-Alcoholic for MOI but I'll bring Leaded for the other Consumers

Maybe we need to get a GoFundMe set up to save Russ from bad BBQ.
Tony Roma's is mediocre at best, and Hawaii is full of amazing places to get Imu (in ground pit smoked) luau style BBQ pork that would make you never set foot in a Chili's or Tony Roma's again.

We've stopped in Central BBQ in Memphis the last few times we were in the area - awesome dry ribs and BBQ sandwiches
Another place, tho technically not BBQ, has amazing chops: Cole's in Napa:
