Guys, if you're traveling I-45 between Houston & Dallas you've got to give this place a try. I'm going to tell'ya- I'm pretty hard to please on store bought BBQ but this was really good. Brisket had a real smoke ring on it and I knew when I saw it on my plate it was going to pass the pull test. Above average dry rib & excellent pepper Jack sausage. Wife tried the hot berry cobbler and it rocked. Nice, BIG, restaurant where you could feed 2 or 20 at various tables and booths. Cool OLD agricultural/food based signs all over the walls inside. You order in line and then they bring it to you. A waitress also came by a couple of times to see how we were.
Everybody goes to Woody's across the street and I love Woody's too; we just tried something new and hit a home run. We'll still shop at Woody's for all their neat stuff but if I want to sit down and eat, I'm going across the street to Cousin's.
