Perini Steak House Buffalo Gap Texas OMG

Postby Rambo » Tue Aug 28, 2018 8:25 pm

I just had the best Beef Ribs and Tomahawk Ribeye in the world. I’m on my phone and not sure if I can post the Pictures but if not I’ll be home tomorrow. 63 years old and the best meal I ever had

Check out their website, it's filled with photos. If you're planning on going make sure to set up reservations before traveling.

I searched the place and went on their site.
Looks like a goldmine, the reviews on TA are thru the roof and the pics look delicious !! I'm glad you stopped and shared your experience with us.
I can only sit here and drool from 1,418.9 miles away but at least I can pretend I'm there :)

Umm, even the Salad looks fight worthy :)

It's a cool place with great food, right on the old ranch, and close to Buffalo Gap, a cool little artsy town.

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

It is excellent.

Hopefully while in Abilene, you can also try The Beehive ribeye and Stillwater BBQ.

I recently moved back here and had a Stillwater variety plate today.

Wish I could Fat; he was closing out a job he Supervised and won't be going back. it's a pretty good jog from The Pineywoods to Abilene. I enjoyed it; I got to talk to Paul outside and he took me to see the pits. they don't do Brisket unless it's for a catering or Wedding, etc. They exclusively use dry mesquite off the Ranch and have Angus brought in. They used to do their own beef but as with most things; the Government got to involved regulating them so they just have it cut and brought in for them.

My Son said you could go on Fridays and eat a lot more reasonable if you were local; said they have a big fish fry with corn on the cob and potatoes cooking in water; also squash. he said you just go by the fryers or pots and tell them what you want and they spoon it on your plate; about $12. the steaks and ribs were much more than that but if I had a special occasion, I wouldn't hesitate to go out there.
