Postby atcNick » Sat Jan 30, 2010 8:18 pm

After looking at all this food picture on the forum I had to go out and get some Q for dinner! Two meat plate with two sides about 10 bucks. Kinda pricey but good food and I'm stuffed

It was really good. Ribs are great, brisket was a little dry but the excellent sauce fixed that.

That is a real good looking plate, better than what I had at Coopers FT.Worth today.

LOL, I knew I would get some flack for that! I was at work and starving!!! I would of eaten bark if you poured sauce on it. My wife use to work at one of these (this place use to be a bodacious bbq) when she was a teenager. She said they dont dont do anything to the brisket, no rub, nothing. Out of the cryovac and straight to the smoker she says.

Nick - how close are you to Lakeport? I drive through there once, sometimes twice a month and go camping at Martin Creek Lake sometimes. We should hook up.
