My brisket rub would blow your top off if you were to use it as a seasoned salt. By design. The heat is high so it can stand up to a dozen hours plus of smoke.

Then I bet it would be good with my eggs in the morning. Is there such a thing as to much Chile powder???
Mine is firey too I add it to Baked beans. Egg salad or tuna sammies I have even tried it with chocolate Brownies, Purely accidental but surprisingly to to bad. And over my Eggs in the morning.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

Havent tried it on pizza, but I have been known to sprinkle some Hoochie Mama on french fries and some popcorn before. Pretty good on both of them!

I have been making my own brisket rub and been known to use it on several things, mostly in my beans, but I have put it in soups, roasts mostly anything with beef!

I have tried the Hoochie Mama (from sucklerbusters) rub on most everything. I really like it on baked potatoes. I also keep a shaker bottle of ground Chile Pequin on the table. CF :D
