Well, we try to limit it altogether, we use organic soy sauce if something like that's is required...depends on if that kind of stuff is important to your wife. To mine = it is.

Its like a lot of good foods gone bad by cutting corners during manufacturing.
Some are fine, you have to read the ingredient label.
