5 minutes to a great sauce~ If you prefer a thicker sauce- omit the water.
1½ c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 T. coarsely ground pepper
1 T. Creole mustard
1 tsp. salt or to UR taste
1 tsp. sugar
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tso. prepared horseradish
Whisk together all ingredients until blended. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Makes 2 cups
