This is my twist on a Lexington Style BBQ sauce, better than great on Pulled Pork.
Place the following into a blender:
2 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Rocky Mountain H20, (if needed, you can use tap water or bottled water).
1/2 cup Hunts Ketchup (Not Heinz or generic, corn sugar thing you want to avoid)
2 TBSP Turbinado sugar (sub brown sugar if you have too)
1 1/2 TBSP of your favorite rub (Mine is still a secret ) Hoochie Mama works well
1 TBSP Tabasco
2 TBSP Kosher Salt
2 TBSP Crushed Red Pepper
1 1/4 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 Tsp ground white pepper
Like it hotter? Add a dried Habanera, some Texas Gunpowder or even Insanity Sauce.
Press the "mix" button on the blender and let run for two minutes. Makes enough to fill two Corona bottles (or other clear 12 oz beer bottle) with just a tad left over.
Folks have asked me to sell the stuff to them. I just say some day maybe, but not today.

Huh. Thats an interesting one Dats. Looks pretty GUD to me.
You ever pull out the ketchup and use mustard instead? I bet it would make a fine mustard sauce as well...

Re: TOSO Sauce
Haven't tried it with mustard yet
Could use tomato sauce but then again could use store bought tomato sauce, or homemade tomato sauce made from home grown mators. Just quicker this way. 5 minutes total to make up a batch.
Catchy name? Maybe, maybe not. Years ago one of the locals named the sauce when she saw me bringing in some PP and slaw to a get-to-gether. She asked if I brought the "Toso sauce" (my sir name). The name stuck. Folks around here still call it that to this day.
