Fajitas Marinade

1/4 c Vinegar
1/8 ts Hot paprika
1/8 c Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Dried rosemary
1/2 c Onion; fine chopped
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Cumin

Combine all ingredients in a dish suitable size for marinating the meat. Add meat, slosh around, turn over and cover. Marinate in refrigerator from four to twelve hours. Turn the meat from time to time.

If you have an HEB in your area, their pre-marinated ones are hard to beat - but make sure you get the skirt steak.

I'll have to give this one a go. I'll probaby use fresh rosemary from my herb garden in place of the dried and plain ole paprika since I don't have any hot or ever see it around here. One day I'll get around to ordering some spices online. lol
