What is your favorite rub for pork, Your favorite for beef & Your favorite for chicken? I have always used TexJoy's BBQ Seasoning for everything but have recently began to venture out! I found Williams Rib Tickler that I like alot

And should also include smoke

Poultry - Hoochie Mama with sugar cane for smoke
Pulled Pork, ribs, tenderloin, etc. - Bounce between Hog Waller, BBBR, and Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust with pecan for smoke
Steaks - Kosher Salt - no smoke
Pulled Beef - Dizzy Pig Cowlick with oak for smoke
Whole Beef Tenderloin - A coffee rub a friend of mine makes - no smoke
Other stuff like ABTs, moink balls, fatties - Hoochie Mama - pecan or oak for smoke

For brisket I use a modified version of Millionaire brisket rub. Steven Raichlen
For pork I use Meathead's Memphis dust. Chicken i like Weber Kickin chicken and Penzey's Adobo seasoning
I always wash the meat, pat it with paper towels, and use a small amount of canola oil on the meat. The spices are oil soluable and the spices get in the meat better.

+1

Kosher Sel,Black Pep,Garlic Powder,LtBrownSug,KoreanKimchiRedPepFlakes
as a base plus
Sweet spices(just a lil) for puerco
Comino for boeuf
Make sure to save some rub to add to the sawse,if sawsing.
I find most herbs don't really stand up to lo-n-slo,sadly.
Most premix storeboughts are just hidollar seasoning salt.

^^^^What he said^^^^

I have been using equal parts granulated garlic and granulated onion on chicken and find that I like it better than the rub I was using.
