Cajin Buttter is Da Bomb for all poultry, I can't think of the proper name but there is a Garlic based one that I like with pork loin.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

Love them in fried turkeys the Cajun butter is awesome so is the Jalapeno Butter. Never cooked my Yard Bird with it but don't see why not.

Another vote for the cajun butter here .... other than that one I can't speak for any of the others myself. There is one or 2 I tried I didnt care too much for, not that they were horrible I just preferred something else in it's place.

I live here in Louisiana and instead of injecting just marinate your steak in a zip loc bag just enough to cover the meat for a couple of hours I like all the flavors. Most all grocery stores here in Louisiana carry it, Cajun Butter is great but you have to watch t to keep it from burtning
One Weber Genesis Silver, One Weber 22-1/2" Kettle, one Weber 18-1/2" WSM, One Long Horn Offset, One Bradley Smoker, And One Large Big Green Egg....And Now a Orange Thermapen!

I like both the Creole Butter and Lemon Butter Garlic. Creole Butter works well in beer can Chicken, and the Lemon Butter Garlic I like in a Pork Loin.
