Re: Rib glaze
Bigun - Select whatever type of jelly,Honey, Syrup, etc you want and cut it with Tiger sauce. that should achieve what you want.
Just remember that sugar will burn at 265 and it will screw up your ribs.

Re: Rib glaze
A friend from another forum has the best glaze that I have ever tasted.
Roxy's Rib Glaze
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup apple juice
1/8 cup cider vinegar
1/8 cup bourbon
Combine ingredients and whisk together well. Paint on ribs every 10 to 15 minutes during the last hour of cooking for a nice shiny glaze.
Edit: Add 1/4 tsp 90K Cayenne if you so desire some heat

Re: Rib glaze
D, you can add some heat to it if you want.
I usually add 1/4 tsp 90K Cayenne.
I should have added that to the above post

Re: Rib glaze
I've been wanting to try the SB spicy peach bbq sauce as a glaze. Has anyone tried it before?
