I'm looking for a good brine to soak 8-10 chops in. Any sugguestions?

1/2 gal H2o
1/4 cup pickle salt
1/4 cup honey
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

Substitute the water with apple cider add some chopped garlic some peppercorns, rosemary brown sugar and you might be on to something!

I Like my pork to taste like pork not a spicy italian apple. If that's your thing fine the world is a diverse place.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.
