Homemade Chili Pepper Hot Sauce

Makes about 3 cups

6 jalapeño’s whole* or use Serrano's or both mixed
2½ c. distilled white vinegar
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tsp. sugar

Using a small pot add jalapeño’s ñ simmer till - 10 minutes.
Purée jalapeño’s with liquid ñ strain through a fine strainer.
Cool ñ cover in tight jar - chilled.

Notes~ sometimes I had little garlic or onion granular or both with the liquid when simmering. Can add little fresh lemon or lime juice fresh also. :bounce:

Replace jalapeño ’s with serrano’s or mix them together
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
