Hard to beat a dusting with the Rib Tickler and then glazing/basting with the SB Chipotle on some dead pig bonz, Pard. For me, Cajun works on fish, shrimp, chicken the best FWIW, I have switched my Cajun to SB's but that was sent before I discovered it - - - let us know how you fare down under. I'm just swapping generosity for generosity. :salut:

Bsooner I'm in a dinner club, we go out first wed every month. I'm sure going to spread the word and the love.

I'm still happy as a sandbox.

FWIW, I too have been the happy recipient of free BBQ stuff and Goodies from some members here so I'm just passing it on so to speak.

I've been busy cleaning up stuff that's been gathering for years. 2 days and 3 trips to the refuse station and nearly up to date. Aiming for beer can sheeken on Saturday which is Friday for you guys. Pics to follow. Can't wait to try this.
