Salad was lettuce spring onion tomato radish carrot all from wife's garden. Eggs free range organic. The meat was stunning, the skin was to die for. Empty plates.

I used the BBQ sauce as sparingly as I could. Saving rest for special occasions. Might be coming up next month,lol.

It's also my go to on Pig Bonz BUT don't be shy with it on them :tup: Keep yer fangers crossed that Gator and Co. can get some kinda of International distributorship rolling and then you'll never have to worry about running out. I'm doing the same thing with what's left of your hot sauce you made and sent me. :laughing7:
