lost recipe
a friend of mine gave me a recipe for a marinade that consisted of vinegar, sugar, honey, salt , black pepper, cayenne pepper, and I think brown sugar but I nor he can find the recipe anymore. do any of yall know anything about this mop. it is Godly

Justin that sounds about right stuff. Very similar to what I do. As a glaze you can't go past the one I've been using for years. Perfect for ham on the bone.
Equal amounts approx 350 Mls bourbon, apricot sauce, maple syrup and small pottle of honey grain mustard. You won't beat this.

I got it, I got it, I got it. I finally found the recipe from the same friend that gave it to me. 10 lbs white sugar, 1box salt, 1 pint of honey, 4 oz of black pepper, 1 gallon vinegar, pinch of cayenne. makes 2 gallons
