here is the recipe....
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 small onion - chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp gravy base (kitchen bouquet)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 slices 1 1/2" ham
Mix all (except ham) in blender or food processor. Pour over ham and let set for 3 or more hours. Cook over hot charcoal fire, approx. 15 minutes per side.

I love peanut butter though. I had some chicken with peanut butter on it about 6 years ago somewhere in Oklahoma on a wayward road trip. But anywho, Have you used this on anything other than ham? If so how did it turn out? Any other pb marinades/recipes?
