Tried that brisket rub several years ago and dont remember the flavor any more but do use several others of their spices and rubs, good stuff imo.

Their carne guisada and picadillo seasonings are good. A lot of their stuff is heavy in MSG.. so I avoid those not because I don't use MSG, it's cause I rather not pay for MSG when I can add it in myself if needed.

Uncle Chris's Steak seasoning is the very best for Chicken I used them all just about But always go withUncle Chris's Steak seasoning. I do spray with Apple juice to get extra flavor and color. Pecan, Oak, Fruit wood works the best. I like to put Chickens Wrapped and in a Ice Chest for about 30 minutes

This seasoning has got me called to the stage twice for first place, once for fourth. And once for third in a 79 team cookoff.Would not even think about changing it.

The last Brisket I cooked had the best flavor profile of anything to date.

Lite base of Slap Ya Momma,
Slightly heavier coat of Uncle Chris's
50/50 K salt & med grind peppa about the same density as the uncle Chris's
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.
