Decided to smoke some Turkey, Just the breast. I broke this one down and set aside other parts for other projects. Rubbed with my own concoction and smoked over pecan.

Many thanks! It tasted great as well, but I feel I need to develop a rub JUST for turkey. What I use for chicken isn't that great for turkey and my all purpose rub that really works for everything wasn't all that either. To the laboratory!!
