ABT Time in South Jersey

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Nov 20, 2020 3:46 pm

A gift of a day today in the mid 60's with wall to wall sunshine. ABT time! :D

Some large poblano peppers split and stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and rendered chorizo. Dusted with SB Lemon Pepper Garlic, and wrapped in bacon:

About two and a half hours at 250 on the cooker with a load of mesquite:

A fine day to be in the smoke! :D

I was also massively overdue.

Come to think of it, you're the ABT King here, and I haven't seen them from you in a while, OUP. :P

Just save me a plate when you cook them. :D

Trust me, I didn't know what they were until I joined this Forum and they taught me the way.
I did, however, make the ABT Burger (I'm thinking) but I'm sure someone had done them some where.
Something else that I'm overdue on - - - :whiteflag:
