I use it as a heroin substitute.

You feel those juices seeping into your vein and then a wave of brisket just washes through your body.
I lay on the floor and drool for a few hours before the buzz wears off.

Defat the drippings and put in an ice cube try and freeze... save them for the next time you cook beans or chili and drop a cube of 2 in. :D

*Strain brisket pan juices and pour into a large measuring cup. Add water to make 2 cups broth.
*In a small dish, combine 1/2 cup pan juice broth and flour. ...
*In a medium saucepan, heat and stir broth over medium to medium-low heat until it thickens and comes to a rolling boil.
