This is kinda tough.

Pork shoulder, ribs, stuffed pork loin, fatties, brisket, chucks, turkey..

Ribs are my most favorite item, I can cook them, eat them, then turn around and cook some more for the next meal.

My crew likes about anything that reeks of smoke..but guess the all time favorite be fresh picnics pushed to the easy to slice phase. Warden loves me to do a couple of them thangs for the winter holiday type occasions. She calls it unsalty ham. Wimmen can be purty perceptive at times huh?
