Looks like it provides a beautiful color. I'm curious as to how subtle the smoke is. I may need to get hold of some cane soon..

I've read about smoking with sugar cane and have wanted to try it. The problem is that I haven't seen it for sale for years. I can't beleave that I never thought to look at a Mexican market or grocery store.
