Last one I did, slice just enough for dinner and let the rest cool in the fridge. Next day took out the slice machine and slice the rest up into thin slices. Made great sammies.

Roasts have become one of our favorite summer time things to smoke. :D No heat in the kitchen during the summer, great taste, and I love the leftover sammies the next couple days. :D 8) Another good one is a thick chuck roast, really great flavor. :D
