its called Pico De Gallo..........
its got a little kick to it but great flavor....I usually dont pay more than $3 for a sausage link but
spent $4.39 on this one........HA!

I heard Southside only makes links now...only thing Ive seen for sale in the stores...is this true?
I havent been to the market in several years and I am missing them....

Not sure of it's all they make but it's definitely what I have in the freezer. I picked up several packages at HEB last time we went to Austin.

V&V Sausage is my hands down favorite. The only problem is that it's hard to find in the Houston area. However, when I'm in S. TX, I stock up and bring some back.

Years ago, there was a sausage company in Corpus Chirist (I think) called Patillo Bros. That was the best sausage I've ever had.

I tried Earl Campbell's the other day and it was real good.

Never heard of Opa's, Where can you find that brand at?

think Ive seen it in some of the bigger walmarts....
believe its made in Schulenberg...

I believe they are supposedly the "offical" sausage of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

I believe you are correct on the official sausage...
BUT....cant afford it.........usually over $4 a link which Icant afford
