Overnight Pork Butt on the PBC
Little 5 pounder trimmed down to 4 pounds. 3:36 A.M. to about 9:25 A.M. Was wrapped at 180. Took off at 200. Rested for three hours while at church. Seasoned with PBC's All-Purpose rub for 13 hours. 1/2 white 1/2 brown sugar right before it went on. Deeeelicious.
