For these 2 lonely chuck roasts on mark down tonight. Cha-Ching! :cheers:

Also smoking up some Hatch Chiles, Red Bell, Onion & Jalapenos.

I have been doing the same thing and it is a new spouse favorite.
Picking up the mark down Nolan Ryan chucks (choice grade to those outside of Texas) about 3lb ea. and doing a reverse sear on them. Smoke @ 180°-225° until internal temp is 135° then doing a pretty fast sear on them, they come out kinda like prime rib juicy and tender.
