Scale for weighing meats?, whats the best bang for buck

Postby RWBTEX » Mon Sep 29, 2014 10:20 pm

Have some folks want me to sell them brisket by the pound, I saw a scale at Bass pro for around 60 bucks, looks like what the sausage guys may use. Prefer a digital one, can anybody comment on recommendations?
Thanks

Bass Pro Shop also has a nice stainless digital scale that's inexpensive. I've had one for quite a few years, and it still works great. You can put your pan on it and zero it out too.

I have one very similar to this one. It has lasted for several years and I have used it a lot. I only had to replace the batteries last month.
