You will most likely have to special order from your butcher. You might give the Local Yocal a call in McKinney to see if they can fix you up.

I buy mine from our local Mexican store. Just ask the butcher for whole slab ribs. because most are sliced really thin. Haven't bought any lately because of price. CF :D

I had asked Old Town Meat Market in Lewisville about them. A while back. They have them but I'm unsure of price.
