Butter Powder in your Rub?

No way am I the first to think of this... right? Would this work well? any reason you don't see this more out there? Especially in the comp world?

I'm assuming you're referring to something like Butter Buds? Yeah, it's in a lot of stuff. It's in some injection powders.

For me the primary benefit to butter is the oily, rich fat. It helps in a lot of ways in rib wraps, chicken cooks, etc. I like to use the real thing where possible for that reason. Just an opinion, I'm sure there are plenty on the subject.
