Cubano Pork - Marinated overnight with orange juice, lime juice, oregano, olive oil, and stuffed with garlic - sugar cane on the lump for smoke

Have a couple visiting us from Scotland - all of this is a first for them. Did they like? You betcha bagpipes.

Just finished my cup of elotes from the TAco Hut here in Lewisville, while tasty - still did not hold up well against yours EH !! Well done sir and thank you for sharing your cook !!!
