I cooked up 2 chuck roasts on the Weber Kettle nice and slow, using SuckleBusters Wild Thang Wild Game Rub and some pecan for smoke. Then pulled them and made some tacos, sauced with SuckleBusters Sweet and Spicy GOLD BBQ Sauce. They were some dang good eats. Thanks for looking.
