This Is my first attempt at attaching a picture. This is a picture of a practice run on ribs.

Which rack would you choose?

I actually like that rack in the middle. I like a nice thin glaze on my ribs. But I bet I wouldn't fuss if you set a plate of any of them in front of me.

Nice job! They all look good but I guess for comps maybe the 2nd to last rack. Judges like sauce.. even in TX.
