Rump roast in the OldSmokey &the CrockPot

Rump roast in the OldSmokey &the CrockPot
a 3# rump roast cut into 6 chunks, dry rubbed
on the OldSmokey 1-sided indirect with lots of hickory chunks for 1 hour
into the crock pot with a bed of
celery, carrots, rosemary, thyme, cilantro, roasted garlic, onions
red wine, white zinfandel, water
on High - 5 hours - til it's fork tender
