Valentine Day Leftover's

Postby Williep » Fri Feb 17, 2017 7:21 am

Cooked a rack of pork rib's and some chicken breast on the 14th, then I had to go out of town for a couple of day's, got home yesterday and last night was the wife's card night so I didn't see a need in cooking anything. Looked around in the refrigerator and found some leftover chicken and rib's. I heated that stuff up along with Uncle Ben's Ready Rice (Rice Pilaf), pico on the chicken and had a dang good supper.

the best thing about ANY Holiday is the excuse to enjoy some Q and grub
