I am about to die to try the chicken wing seasoning from sb. how is the best way to do them, dry or bbq. I noticed that the clucker dust would have been much better if I had used bbq sause. what do yall think. its either going to be wings or comp rub. on the subject of comp rub, beef or pork?

Both would be good choices IMHO - - - you could flip a coin or, do what I do, and ask the War Dept  :laughing7:
