Thanks all! Maybe my other phone was goofing or something even before it had its "accident" I couldn't post pics for some reason . That was the one that I recently had to replace.
Anywho.. I can finally catch up on my cooks! These were a good bit of a cook. 5:30am they went in next to a bed of kingsford with pecan chunks mixed in, cruising in at 250. and a modified 3-2-1 method later (pulled them by 10:45am). Made up some tater salad, creamed corn, and my favorite nana puddin' to go along with these beautiful ribscicles. The wife fussed at me cause she ate too much..
