Re: First smoking happening today..
You have done well, smoking a Chuck is actually probably a first ever for this group; and you're talking about some really steely eyed brutes in the art of working a smoker in one hand and a beer in the other. And I must say the product looks excellent pilgrim, as good is probably any of us could do; as such, you get bestowed yer own Animal House nickname. From now on, you are known as Rocket 88, a proud moniker known to many of us in the old school muscle car crowd.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

My WSM is totally dependent on the weather. Nice warm day I can burn for 14+ hours at 225-245. Cold day in Indiana and I may have to add fuel 8 hours in to maintain 225.

Today was in the 50's with a lot of wind. I used the car for a cover but I don't think it was enough. I'm guessing that's why I ran out of fuel
