My wife swears by that same thing about bananas.
I believe they are right, but I can't stand seeing black bananas hanging on the banana holder.
I throw them away and she gets upset LOL

Well, Tex, that sounds wonderful. May I suggest pureeing fresh squeezed orange juice with fresh pineapple juice adding an almost black banana (don't forget to peel it). The black banana has a much more concentrated banana flavor than the fresh yellow ones (according to my wife the world famous banana bread baker).

The natural sugars are REALLY prominent when the banana gets darker, as does the flavor. I have about 4 nanners gettin' mellowed as I type this for my first run

It's going to be a banana/pineapple/garlic blend for the first injection. I tried out a banana/garlic combo and you'd not believe how well these 2 compliment each other. I figure the pineapple acidity will add some balance..
