KansasCity spareribs
I picked up a full sparerib at Aldi for $10
full spareribs are always cheaper per pound than St.Louis cut spares
I did the "KansasCity" cut
i just removed the breast bone, and the membrane
but you leave the ribtips attached

and it begins
