First smoke of the Spring

Postby jamey.smart » Sat Apr 01, 2017 9:32 am

Got two nine lb butts going today for my daughter's birthday and some guests.

It's really windy here today so I've got my fingers crossed my WSM will be able to make it through.

Fought to keep it up to 225* all morning and now the wind stopped and it's warmed up and I'm fighting it down to 250*...ha!

Got plenty of beer and time so I'm game for a BBQ battle...I love these days!
