Another ham on the Bradley today

Did another ham on the Bradley today. I ran straight hickory on this one. The last one was oak and hickory. Split vote on which one is better. My helper Lily,shown in picture,says she needs more to decide!

Looks good to me, Indian, did that Tony's injection end up in the Cook also ? - - - Y"all keep posting up the Hawg Hip cooks and I'm gonna be forced to do one :salut: :cheers:

Yeah,I put the injection in it,but found that ham doesn't hold it well.80 percent of it came out before the smoke. I think it might have helped a little .I'm still experimenting with different ways til I get the one I like.I still have a lot to learn,but I'm having fun.No matter how bad I mess it up,it's meat and has a smoke flavor.

That looks delicious.

I'm pretty sure this may fall in the "dumb question" category, but did you use a raw ham or one that was already cured?

I used a store bought fully cooked one that only required hearing but I wanted more smoke flavor.
