I think I'd give at least half the credit to the "Carlsberg" :tup: Brisket looks Larapin, Hugart :salut: :cheers:

FYI in Australia we call that pointy cabbage - wombok cabbage or chinese cabbage.

also love your configuration of the coal in the weber. Snake method is very popular down here in Australia too.

brisket looks good as does your sides by the way. :cheers:

The Carlsberg definitely needs some credit. It also kept me warm that early in the Swedish "spring" morning. :D Thank you!

Good job on your first brisket. I've often gone through a cook and forget the pictures until after all the meat is eaten.
I will say that $100 for 11 lb. brisket would be a bit prohibitive of my brisket addiction. I got 10 last night for just around 25, my local grocer had a sale on Prime.

Looking forward to your next cook.
