Tried my hand at Korean Teriyaki Ribs.. They came out very tasty
Also smoked a little 7 lb Pork Butt rubbed with Suckle Busters Texas Pecan BBQ Rub and Maple wood smoke
Got a little help from my boy dog
Also did just a straight up rack of St Louis style ribs - Rubbed with Sucklebusters Texas Pecan BBQ Rub and Pecan wood smoke
Easily passing the bend test
and glazed with SuckleBusters Honey BBQ Sauce

100% perfection, you should enter that in the throw down?? I looked at some Korean BBQ sauce at an Asian shop the other day. I should have bought a bottle to try it. Did you like the taste and how different to your BBQ sauce??

I know it's hard to describe a taste but I'm also interested in how the Korean sauce compares to American BBQ sauce (given that there are about a bazillion different flavors)?
