Sure do like this stuff! Super moist, flavorful brisket. No connection to David, just a satisfied customer.

Did you use the liquid or brew your own from the powder version, OR is there a difference in flavors between the two?

The liquid is relatively new. I have not tried it.

I'm going to try those (the injection and rub) this Sunday, got a choice 16lb packer waiting in the fridge..
I'm going to cook at 275, I'm still not comfortable with cooking overnight even on my new Kamado.
