Happy late birthday buddy. Tomorrow is my little girls birthday. I loved the cake.

Both briskets look awesome.
Cannot wait to show my buddies those cake photos. Challenge will be on to replicate it.
How did the wife shape it or did she cook it square then carve it in to shape after it was cooked?

My wife says - basic chocolate cake recipe. One full pan, one half (same depth but half as long, could also do a 9" round). Let them cool.
A little icing between (not red) the two as you put the half cake on top. Carve away until it looks like what you want.
Cover everything you can reach with cherry icing.
Get a pack of Oreos. Run the cookie part without the filling through the food processor and cover everything evenly with the cookie crumb/dust.
I didn't get specific quantities- but I can go back to the waterin hole for more if y'all want.
She says thank you for everyone who likes it.
